Please note that we do not offer on-site services; all repairs are performed at our dedicated service center.
Service Request Process
We have streamlined our service process to provide you with quick and hassle-free repairs:

- Assessment:
- Customers are required to provide:
- A clear description of the fault (including pictures and error messages, if available).
- The time frame in which the issue occurred.
- We will then evaluate your device and provide you with a repair quote. A non-refundable diagnostic fee of AED 50 will be charged for the initial assessment.
- Approval:
- Upon receiving our quote, please confirm your approval for us to proceed with the repair.
- Repair:
- Once you have approved, our skilled technicians will begin the repair process. Please note that repairs are conducted on a no guarantee basis, as success depends on the condition of the device and part availability.
- Return:
- After the repair is completed, you will be notified to arrange for collection. If the goods are not collected within the specified period, additional storage fees may apply, or the item may be subject to disposal.
Costs
- Diagnostic Fee: AED 50 (non-refundable) for evaluating the issue.
- Repair Costs: A detailed quote will be provided based on the diagnostic results, and repair work will commence only after customer approval.
Warranty and Guarantees
- Limited Warranty: All repairs come with a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor, covering only the work performed.
- No Guarantee: Given the varying conditions of devices and the availability of spare parts, successful repair completion is not guaranteed. If required parts are unavailable, the repair may not be feasible.
Exclusions
Our repair services do not cover:
- Software issues, operating system installations, or data recovery.
- Responsibility for data loss; customers are advised to back up their data before submitting the device for repair.
- Any repairs or services not explicitly authorized by the customer prior to commencement.
Goods Collection Policy
Customers must collect their goods within 30 days from the completion of the repair, regardless of whether the product was repaired successfully or not. Uncollected items may incur storage fees, and failure to retrieve items within the specified period may result in their disposal.

- No Data Responsibility: By submitting your device for repair, you acknowledge that NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC (NEOTECH) is not responsible for any data loss or software during the repair process. Device formatting may be necessary, and customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are prepared accordingly.
